Celebrating New Leadership in Jonesboro, Russellville, and Osceola School Districts

We are proud to congratulate Jonesboro Public Schools, Russellville School District, and Osceola School District on the selection of their new superintendents. It has been an honor for Education Partners to collaborate with each of these outstanding districts throughout their leadership searches.

We are excited to see these districts begin a new chapter under strong, visionary leadership, welcoming these outstanding leaders to their new roles:

  • Misty Doyle at Jonesboro Public Schools

  • Dr. Luke Lovins at Russellville School District

  • Gregory Hodges at Osceola School District

Each brings exceptional experience, passion, and a commitment to helping students and communities thrive. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in the years ahead.

Our team worked closely with each district's board to design a thoughtful and community-centered search process. After extensive screening and interviews that identified many highly qualified candidates, final selections were made with great care and commitment to each district’s future.

Mike Poore, Executive Vice President of Education Partners, provided in-person support during key stages of each search to assist their boards at every step and ensure community members' voices came through, ensuring the selection reflected the values, goals, and aspirations of the broader school communities.

"It has been an incredible privilege for us to partner with these districts," said Mike Poore, Executive Vice President of Education Partners. "Each board approached this search process with a deep commitment to their students and communities. We are thrilled to see such strong leadership stepping into these important roles."

We extend our sincere thanks to the boards, staff, and community members of Jonesboro, Russellville, and Osceola for their collaboration, trust, and engagement throughout this process.

At Education Partners, we are passionate about supporting educational leaders not only through leadership searches but also through coaching and development, helping them thrive in their roles to achieve the best outcomes for students.

We are honored to have supported these three outstanding districts. We look forward to continuing to help communities across Arkansas and beyond identify and support exceptional educational leaders.
