Terry Morawski, Ed.D.

Having served more than 25 years in public education, Terry Morawski’s career has included the Superintendency in Fort Smith, Arkansas, as well as multiple public school administrative roles in the Dallas and San Antonio areas of Texas. In Fort Smith, he has led the successful completion of the $120 million Millage Construction/Technology Program, workforce initiatives including the Peak Innovation Center and Darby Middle School Health Academy, and the development and implementation of the district’s Continuous Improvement Plan and District Data Scorecard. Prior to FSPS, Morawski served on multiple successful campaigns for more than $1 Billion of school construction/program enhancements, as well as the development of multiple strategic plans.

In addition to his administrative work, Morawski has achieved multiple certifications and awards.  He has earned a Level 2 Certification as a Curriculum Auditor.  In 2024, he completed the American Association of School Administrators National Superintendent Certification Program.  In the community, he serves on multiple boards and was the recipient of Rotary International’s Paul Harris Fellow Award. Morawski holds an Ed.D. from Dallas Baptist University in K-12 Education Leadership, as well as a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University. His wife of 25 years, Courtney, is a public school administrator, and his two boys, Jackson and Lane, are in college and are starting their careers.
