Sarah Flores brings four years of school turnaround experience with a strong commitment to ensuring all students receive the high-quality instruction they deserve. She began her education journey with Third Future Schools in Odessa as a teacher, where her team successfully moved the campus from an F to a B in a single school year. During her time with Third Future, Sarah advanced into the role of Assistant Principal, strengthening her expertise in instructional coaching, teacher development, and campus improvement.

Since then, Sarah has supported campuses across Odessa, Austin, Beaumont, Houston, and now the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her experience across diverse school communities has equipped her to effectively lead and master the New Education System (NES) model, ensuring strong instructional alignment and meaningful student experiences.

Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs, and she loves traveling and exploring new places. She brings that same sense of curiosity and connection to her leadership, staying committed to growing teachers’ instructional practices and creating strong learning environments where students can thrive.
