Leigh Lamb joins EdPartners as a Consulting Executive Director of School Improvement. She brings over seven years of experience in school turnaround work, with a deep passion for supporting underserved communities and closing the achievement gap.

Leigh began her education reform journey in 2018 with Third Future Schools in Aurora, Colorado, where she served in multiple roles, including Learning Coach, Teacher, Administrator, and Curriculum Developer.

Most recently, she served on the Chief of Schools team at Houston Independent School District, supporting the rollout of the New Education System (NES) across 130 campuses. Leigh is committed to driving sustainable school improvement and empowering educators and leaders to achieve equitable outcomes for all students.

Outside of work, Leigh is a proud mother to a rambunctious toddler and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
