Chase Caesar
Chastity "Chase" Caesar is a dedicated educational leader with a passion for student achievement, instructional excellence, and building positive school culture with over 20 years of experience.
Chase earned her bachelor’s degree in General Business with a minor in Management from Sam Houston State University before pursuing graduate studies in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Administration. Her diverse educational background has equipped her with both instructional expertise and strategic leadership skills to support students, teachers, and school communities.
Chase began her educational tenure in the traditional forum as a Teacher, Behavior Interventionist, District Classroom Consultant, Assistant Principal and Principal. Most recently having served as a Principal in HISD achieving Secondary Principal of the Year for the division and the District, and moving her campus from an F rated to B campus. Throughout her experience in middle school leadership and campus improvement, she has been committed to creating learning environments where students, staff, and families feel supported, empowered, and inspired to succeed.
In addition to her work in education, she is known for her professionalism, energy, and commitment to uplifting others through mentorship, encouragement, and servant leadership. Her dedication to educational excellence continues to positively impact the students, staff, and communities she serves.
She is the proud mother of one son Chase and she enjoys being a basketball mom, traveling, and trying new things.
